What is Insight Systems Consulting? Webster's New World Dictionary defines "insight" as the ability to see and understand clearly the inner nature of things. Webster's defines “systems” as: 1. a set or arrangement of things so related as to form a whole 2. an established orderly way of doing something. Good systems save you time, energy, and money.

Insight Systems Consulting is a leadership selection and development consulting practice. We use a systems approach to gain insights into individuals and organizations. This approach helps us to better understand the dynamic cultures, styles, values, goals, capabilities, and interrelationships that form a holistic environment.
