| Lynne is a coach, author, training specialist, consultant, and speaker who has specialized in project and workload management and creativity training and consulting for the past 20 years. As a Vice President of FranklinCovey, Lynne is the program author and developer of several FranklinCovey Project Management training programs. She has presented these programs to thousands of individuals in major corporations in the United States, Europe, and Asia. |

Lynne co-authored To Do, Doing, Done: A Creative Approach to Project Management and Effectively Finishing What Matters Most, with co-author Joyce Wycoff (Simon and Schuster, 1997), and The Project Management Scorecard, with co-authors Jack Phillips and Tim Bothel (Butterworth-Heinemann, 2002).
In the past several years, Lynne has realized significant success working with organizational leaders and individuals as a leadership development specialist.

Lynne has a graduate degree in corporate coaching. She served on the Board of Directors for the Innovation Network—a network of consultants focused on innovation and creativity in business. She has taught Learning Skills at the University of Utah, and she has a background in both Educational Psychology and Data Processing.

| Dr. Elaine Gagné has been a leadership and organizational performance consultant for over 20 years in corporate, government, education, and small business settings on four continents.. She co-created FranklinCovey's Consulting Group and is an executive coach for the acclaimed Center for Creative Leadership. She has produced numerous publications on management and professional effectiveness, including the textbook she used as a professor of business at the University of the Pacific entitled Designing Effective Organizations: Traditional and Transformational Views, co-authored with Dr. David Banner.
